Is the account free of charge?

Yes, the account is free. We recommend creating an account so that you always have access to your order history and can make future purchases even more easily.

How do I create an account?

Creating an account is simple and takes only a few minutes. Here's how:

1. Click on the user icon. You can find it in the top right corner of the screen, next to the shopping cart and search icon.
2. Click the "Register" button, located under the text "Don't have an account?"
3. Fill in the "Shipping Details" and "Contact" fields. The "Company/Institution" field is optional and does not need to be filled out.
4. Click "Register", and you're done! We will send an automatically generated account password to the email address you provided. You can change your password when you log into your account for the first time.

How do I update my account information?

If you want to update your details, log into your account and go to the "My Data" tab. Here, you can change your shipping address, contact details, and billing information. After entering the new details, be sure to click the "Save" button.

If you want to change your password, log into your account, go to the "Password" tab, and fill in the fields under "Reset Password". After entering your new password, click the "Change Password" button.
